Joao Matos	c3e5069190	Gui: Cleanup Qt OpenGL usings in QtOpenGL.h. ... Previously the code defined compatiblity usings in `QtOpenGL.h` header, which I think was added for backwards compatiblity with previous Qt OpenGL widgets.
