UI: Remove qPixmapFromMimeSource pixmap function
...
This function dates back to Qt3, and was removed in Qt4. Modern Qt no
longer uses this ui file entry, and in some circumstances the uic
complains about its presence.

Draft: Revised preference ui files

* Removed DefaultAnnoDisplayMode. This will become a fine-tuning preference.
* Removed HatchPatternResolution as it was not used.
* Added DefaultAnnoLineColor and DefaultAnnoLineWidth. These will be implemented in other parts of the Draft code in later PRs.
