7b6eab3781 Added Drawing_OpenBrowserView command 
While the Drawing viewer is still based on QtSvg,
I added this little button to make it handy to
check how a page renders in the webkit window.

d02c928b4b Fixed bug #574 - Draft hatches 
svg pattern definitions are now embedded inside the View objects,
since they don't need to be in the defs section.
