- get_copy_of_empty_femelement_table()
- get_bit_pattern_dict()
- get_ccxelement_faces_from_binary_search()

af62262021 Link just against required VTK modules on Linux. 
Note:
If VTK is installed below /opt or anywhere else just add a path to GLOB_RECURSE.
