b5519922d8 QString::fromAscii() is obsolete in Qt5. Replace it with fromLatin1(). 
This change is Qt4/Qt5 neutral.

- Make Datums colorable and transparent
 - Change default datums color to yellow and transparency to 60%
 - Rework Lines and Points datum view provider

13fea20cdd fix datum plane transparency 
one can not change the transparany type in the scene graph. Furthermore no normals are used, hence no normal binding is needed.
