f45fd39964 Added Drawing_OpenBrowserView command 
While the Drawing viewer is still based on QtSvg,
I added this little button to make it handy to
check how a page renders in the webkit window.

670a3cd9d2 Fixed bug #574 - Draft hatches 
svg pattern definitions are now embedded inside the View objects,
since they don't need to be in the defs section.

e0abd24281 added RFE526 - 90 degrees view rotation commands 
+ added viewRotateLeft() and viewRotateRight() py methods to View3D
+ added ViewRotateLeft and ViewRotateRight FreeCAD commands
