28ad96b87f Use python3 as the interpreter instead of python (ie v2) 
This fixes lintian warning "unusual-interpreter".

Part of the Debian edition of FreeCAD since 2023.

3c5243035f [Spread] fix compilation issues with qtcolorpicker.cpp 
- "signals" is no longer accepted by Qt
- in QColorDialog::getColor the third argument must not be a nullptr
