Sketcher: AngleViaPoint: revert from OCC angle precalculation
...
Returning back to the slow temporary-sketch-based
calculateAngleViaPoint, because OCC-based version was incompatible with
always-CCW sketcher geometry. More info in "Sketch: how to handle
