When we are restoring, don't set the Label on object creation as it will be restored later.
...
This is to avoid potential duplicate label conflicts.
This fixes issue #3280 .

+ some minor whitespace and grammatical tweaks.
+ app/SCL/* typos have also been submitted upstream (https://github.com/stepcode/stepcode/pull/366 ). So it's ok to merge them in to master.
