8ee5a0cfd3 Fix Dimension value format with Qt5 
- Dimension values were displayed as zero for locales
  with "," decimal point in Qt5.

f3bf8fe919 Misc. typos 
+ some are doxy others are just comment code.  
+ some minor whitespace and grammatical tweaks. 
+ app/SCL/* typos have also been submitted upstream (https://github.com/stepcode/stepcode/pull/366). So it's ok to merge them in to master.

a580f60e1e change isDeleting to isUnsetting 
- DocumentObject::isDeleting was changed to isRemoving.
  This commit just prevents future confusion.
