* Remove magic number and hard type enums in LineNameEnum.h

- Remove currently present magic numbers
- Hard type enums, so magic numbers can no longer be introduced. We don't want people to introduce magic numbers.

13fbab9e42 Base: Move App::Color to Base 
Every basic data type is stored in Base module, color is standing out as
one that does not. Moving it to Base opens possibilities to integrate it
better with the rest of FreeCAD.

343625fde5 [TD]fix regression of svg hatch during export 
- last worked in v0.20
- svg hatch tile field is not cropped on export to svg.  svg tiles are
  replaced by pixmap tiles for export.

28c5890bc9 [TD] avoid memory leaks by using shared_ptr 
TD geometry objects are sometimes double deleted.  This
change uses shared_ptr instead of raw pointers to manage
deletions.

-draw & align dash patterns correctly on all QPainters using QGPathItem
-Allow patterns to start with space
-ensure horiz & vert lines pass through pattern origin
