Fix clang compiler warnings:

+ fix -Winconsistent-missing-override
+ fix -Wunused-variable
+ fix -Wbraced-scalar-init
+ fix -Wparentheses (View3DInventorViewer::checkGroupOnTop: operator '?:' has lower precedence than '+'; '+' will be evaluated first)
+ fix -Wundefined-bool-conversion (MainWindow::updateActions)
+ suppress -Woverloaded-virtual but fix later
