dd19005c95 Start: misc improvements 
- Hide recent files section if recent files prefs is set to 0
- Better filetype management
- Better tooltip on file thumbnails
- Added notes section (enable in preferences)

d2bb75566e add encoding parameter to .as_std_string() 
to handle PyUnicode Objects. Usually ASCII for object names and Utf-8
for file names and console output.

512a2b94d2 Adaption of FreeCAD to QuarterWidget 
-removes all soqtviewer references
-create a quarter adaptor class which implements missing functionality
-adopts freecad code to make use of SoRenderManager and changed View3DInventorViewer  interface
