Every basic data type is stored in Base module, color is standing out as
one that does not. Moving it to Base opens possibilities to integrate it
better with the rest of FreeCAD.

This change allows to highlight the spline, auxiliary spine, profile and sections of a pipe.
This gives the user a much better feedback of what external shapes are already used to build the pipe
