Adding a 20mm border
...
A4 Landscape is a special template, as it is new in the standard.
We orient us on the A4 portrait template, where the border is on the
left side (e.g. long side). Thus it should be on top for the
landscape template.

+ app/SCL/* typos have also been submitted upstream (https://github.com/stepcode/stepcode/pull/366 ). So it's ok to merge them in to master.
