Update commit count reference for shallow clones
...
Clone depth for travis is set to 5000. Using the current HEAD
as reference means we won't have to update it again for awhile.

Several typos and uniformity fixes.
Note:
*SCL/SimpleDataTypes.py is a upstream stepcode file whose fiz has been submitted upstream and accepted.
*the header of Tools/generateBase/generateMetaModel_Module.xsd had redundant data. It has been removed. Please double check it.

choose the url from available remotes
remove ssh username
