Document the icon system: how FreeCAD discovers icons (BitmapFactory, Qt resource system), SVG conventions for new icons, Catppuccin Mocha color palette references, icon locations (src/Gui/Icons/, mods/silo/freecad/resources/icons/, mods/ztools resources), the 3 missing Silo icons (silo-tag, silo-rollback, silo-status), and the icon generation script in resources/.
