* CI: use CMAKE_ARGS for weekly builds.
* CI: set CC and CXX for windows weekly build.
* CMake: add OCCT libraries path to CMakePresets.json.
* CI: synchronize CMake config for weekly-build with FreeCAD-Bundle.
* CI: fix path to OCCT in weekly-builds.
