vocx-fc 7627d0b81a Draft: move getSVG to draftfunctions submodule 
Small fixes where the `get_svg` function is used, for example,
in the (obsolete) `DrawingView` class and `Arch_SectionPlane`.

Also update the unit tests accordingly.
