hoshengwei 84bd1ab3a5 fix ArchMaterialTaskPanel wrong import BimClassification Path
1. fix ArchMaterialTaskPanel wrong import BimClassification Path and icon after BIM merge into Arch

2. change taskpanel name to BIM material 

3. fix Qt slot and signal (more up to date style)
