Stefan Tröger 512a2b94d2 Adaption of FreeCAD to QuarterWidget
-removes all soqtviewer references
-create a quarter adaptor class which implements missing functionality
-adopts freecad code to make use of SoRenderManager and changed View3DInventorViewer  interface
