bab14b5895 more fixes for the UnitsCalculator 
- we must read out the unit system description UTF8 to get the characters ² and ³
- update unit system description according to today's unit "cft" addition
- don't hardcode the unit system descriptions in the .ui file
- add acceleration to imperial schema

08a0b01c06 Manual dimension centers the plane's view 
With the current manual dimensions a Datum Plane is visually ex-centred from it's origin, so when drawing a circle the circle is outside of the Plane representation. With this proposed change the visual representation is centred.

2f53721d9d Gui: fix Std_Transform tool 
The problem is caused by tracking of editing object placement
introduced in b25ad5e085a42800c0ebd7a507233f081fcee7ef.

After this commit, any editing object can disable placement tracking by
calling Gui::Document::setEditingTransform() inside either
ViewProvider::startEditing() or setEditingViewProvider().
