64b9841cb8 Update PathSelection.py 
The Opname changed as part of the translation cleanup.  Adding both names to the dictionary will support both existing operations and newly created ones.

9fa035ba22 [Part] Extrusion: reduce angle step size 
tapered extrudes are mainly used for molds etc, so only a few degrees. The angle step in the properties was already 1° and also Pad/Pocket uses 1° steps

* one aim is to have a feature to make real cuts, not hollow ones like with clipping
* the second one is to have a persistent view, so an object in the tree that can be further exported, meshed etc.

- add UseAllEdges checkbox to fillet and chamfer dialogs
- put UseAllEdges property into Chamfer and Fillet groups, create Fillet group for fillets and put Radius into it, too.
