79dff6b8cc Fix crash when deleting View with Dimensions 
- if a Dimension has multiple references to a
  DrawViewPart (ex vertex-vertex) the Dimension
  will appear twice in the DVP's InList.  This
  commit ensures that the Dimension is only
  deleted once when deleting the DVP.

2b7c28b642 Stylesheets general button with menu support 
Currently we use a workaround only for buttons with menu on the toolbar. This change applies it everywhere. For example in command panel.

6a15a2f31e verify iterators in partialTopologicalSort to be on the safe side 
currently this can cause a crash because issue 3214 is not fixed yet
