Draft: improve style and indentation of getSVG function
...
Also rename `getSVG` to `get_svg`.
Instead of testing `obj.isDerivedFrom('Part::Feature')`
we test for a Shape, `hasattr(obj, 'Shape')`.
This is to support the SVG generation of `App::Links`.
