5540dd81c2 Fixed bug ID0002513, where Mesh.export failed. 
The failure occered when Mesh.export was passed just a filename, such as 'out.stl'. If
'/some/path/out.stl' was passed it succeeded.

6942c23895 Qt4's qglobal.h defined TRUE and FALSE. Qt5 does not do it anymore. Replace it with true and false.
