f712461c8f [Sketcher] Fix some points mentioned in #6323 
Knot insertions dialog uses decimal precision from preferences.

Sets the spinbox step for knot insertion dialog such that it goes from min to
max knot in 1000 steps.

Removes the mention of multiplicity option from the tooltip.

d414a177d2 [Part] Extrusion: reduce angle step size 
tapered extrudes are mainly used for molds etc, so only a few degrees. The angle step in the properties was already 1° and also Pad/Pocket uses 1° steps

* one aim is to have a feature to make real cuts, not hollow ones like with clipping
* the second one is to have a persistent view, so an object in the tree that can be further exported, meshed etc.

- add UseAllEdges checkbox to fillet and chamfer dialogs
- put UseAllEdges property into Chamfer and Fillet groups, create Fillet group for fillets and put Radius into it, too.
