838178bb1c Base: simplify Exception 
Remove repetition. Add functions to replace macros, but keep macros
in use for now as some compilers have broken std::source_location
support.

35a9673a75 Base: Rename Base::freecad_dynamic_cast into freecad_cast 
This is to make it shorter and easier to use. QT does the same thing
with their qobject_cast.

The  os ubuntu 22.04 not supported use occ 7.5.1.
There is a lot of code implemented to support even older versions.
The patch removes support for versions lower than occ 7.5.0

da66720d3a REMOVE old QT<= 5.14 code 
Ubuntu 22.04  use qt 1.15.3.
In the code is still used qt code <5.10.
A cleanup was done by removing qT code version used in ubuntu 18.04.

Warnings from 3rd parties are not relevant and are only polluting the warning output. Marking these libraries as SYSTEM suppresses warning.

This adds isNullOrEmpty string helper that cheks if string is... well
null or empty. It is done to improve readability of the code and better

a72a63232a Base: Move App::Color to Base 
Every basic data type is stored in Base module, color is standing out as
one that does not. Moving it to Base opens possibilities to integrate it
better with the rest of FreeCAD.
