5754e9feae [Path] - Add Mach3 / Mach4 Post 
This post has been created because Mach is unable to use constant velocity mode with G0 resulting in jerky movement when using adaptive paths. This post converts the G0 moves to G1 and uses the tool controllers rapid speeds.

- if the Section is deleted while the section dialog
  is still in progress, further processing in the
  dialog would cause a crash.
- should have "update intent" locks to prevent this

a30fd205fa Use reproducible SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH instead of TIMESTAMP when available 
Refer to `https://reproducible-builds.org/docs/source-date-epoch/`:

"SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH is a standardised environment variable that
distributions can set centrally and have build tools consume this in
order to produce reproducible output."
