72e464b1cc Conda: ssize_t is a POSIX type and thus not necessarily defined on Windows. Currently this causes build failures with Conda + Py3.10. 
The solution is to get rid off all occurrences of ssize_t in FreeCAD code

0b2c73cf32 Gui: clean-up Selection API 
Replace the int of the 'resolve' argument of several functions with a proper enum class.
* This avoids the inconsistencies in client code where often true/false is passed when an int is expected
* This avoids the use of magic numbers like 0, 1, 2 or the undocumented 3

ce05e4f017 [PD] Helix: catch case of touching Helix 
when the helix touches itself along a single helical edge one gets a cryptic error.
This PR gives the user feedback what is going on.

f6cb87f8c4 [PD] fix #6482 
The idea with the large factor, introduced in #5363 fixed real bugs, so it should not be reverted.
However we must compensate the factor at the path position movement. Otherwise we get wrong helix positions when the angle is negative.

The PR was tested with the files in the bug reports:
