General preferences: branding cleanup and default tuning #36

Description

The General preferences page contains FreeCAD-inherited branding and conservative defaults that don't match professional CAD expectations.

Branding Issues

  • "Looking for more themes? You can obtain them using the Addon Manager." links to FreeCAD's ecosystem, not Kindred. Remove or replace with link to Kindred theme docs.
  • Preference Packs section is empty and wastes space. Hide or collapse when no packs are installed.
  • Splash screen must use Kindred-branded asset. Verify it exists; disable by default if not.
