Points mods/silo to silo-mod main (af98994) which includes the correct silo-client submodule pointer at main (285bd1f).

PR #274 was merged with the submodule pointing at the feature branch tip rather than the merge commit. This fixup aligns the pointer chain:

create/mods/silo → silo-mod main (af98994)
  └── silo-client → silo-client main (285bd1f)
