Updates submodule pointers that were left on feature branches after PR #283 merge.

• mods/silo: f67d9a0 (feat/bom-sync-and-manifest) -> 43e905c (main, includes merged PR #49)
• mods/ztools: 296a94e (pre-rebase feat/sdk-migration) -> 08e439b (rebased on main, clean theme removal commit)
