Problem

ROADMAP.md has stale htmx references and phase timelines that do not reflect actual completion dates.

Specific Issues

  1. Phase 1 table: "Web UI for items, projects, schemas, audit (htmx)" — htmx removed, should be React
  2. API section: "74 endpoints" — count needs reconciliation with actual routes
  3. Phase 2: LDAP, OIDC, Audit, Session management all marked "Complete" but Phase 2 header says "Q2-Q3 2026" — these were completed in early February 2026, ahead of schedule
  4. Phase 1 table: Unit tests, Date segment type, Location/Inventory APIs still listed as "Not Started" — accurate but these are Phase 1 items that remain undone
  5. Current Project Inventory section: "Web UI (htmx)" listed as complete — should say React SPA
  6. Feature Comparison Matrix: "Web access" row says "Yes (htmx + auth)" — should be React + auth

Acceptance Criteria

  • All "htmx" references updated to React SPA
  • Phase completion dates reflect reality
  • Endpoint count accurate
  • Comparison matrix updated
