Update documentation to reflect the .kc file integration work from PRs #149-#152.

Changes

docs/SPECIFICATION.md

  • Add 8 KC endpoints to Section 11.1 (endpoint count 78 → 86)
  • New Section 11.3: .kc file format, extraction pipeline, checkout packing, lifecycle state machine, ETag caching, and all JSON response shapes

docs/ROADMAP.md

  • Mark .kc Format Spec as Complete in Tier 0 table

docs/STATUS.md

  • Add 5 .kc feature rows to core systems table
  • Update migration list through 018
  • Update endpoint count

docs/MODULES.md

  • Add metadata (4), dependencies (2), and macros (2) endpoints to core module listing
