533814dd0f Silence Qt/Windows setGeometry Warning 
Add the optional Qt::MSWindowsFixedSizeDialogHint parameter to all uses of the QInputDialog::getX static functions to silence a Qt/Windows debug mode warning about QWindowsWindow::setGeometry: Unable to set geometry. Increase the size of the unit calculator to eliminate the same warning. Finally, call adjustSize() on the "Unsaved Changes" dialog to silence the warning.

7dd0601f82 Mesh: Issue #0004473: Expose openCommand() to translation 
Continuing the work to expose the undo/redo functionality to translation. This commit does so for the Mesh Wb.

a52ab499c0 Add SVG icon for Mesh FillupHoles command in MeshWB 
Many Mesh Design Workbench commands do not have icons. The Mesh FillupHoles command is one of these without a SVG icon for the FreeCAD UI.

This commit adds a SVG file with an icon design for this command. Also, it makes the necessary changes on Command.cpp and Mesh.qrc files.

The new SVG icon follows the FreeCAD Artwork Guidelines:

The icon design keep the style of the existing icons in the Mesh Workbench:

283675a454 Move Mesh_Mesh_from_Shape icon from Mod/MeshPart to Mod/Mesh 
Move the icon Mesh_Mesh_from_Shape.svg
from .../Mod/MeshPart/Gui/Resources/icons
to .....//Mod/Mesh/Gui/Resources/icons
edit both Mesh.qrc and MeshPart.qrc accordingly
remove referrence to the icon from the command in
the MeshPart Command.cpp file and add it to
the Mesh Command.cpp file
