ddac40afbd Move Dxf function to Mod/Import Ph1 
- move HeeksCAD dxf import/export code from Draft to
  Mod/Import. This first phase moves dxf.cpp and
  DraftDxf.cpp to Mod/Import and adds dxfWrite functionality
  to DraftDxf.cpp.

00f36d78e4 Update Page display when View removed. 
- if a View is removed from a Page, but not from
  the document, its graphic remains on the display.
  This change checks if graphic has an associated
  View on this Page.
