Increase mesh generation output quality

Tools: tweak mesh generation
...
Mesh generation parameters are taken from PrusaSlicer's STEP importer,
which does a just-in-time STEP->STL conversion in memory.
Resulting meshes have better geometry, but are a little larger as a result.
