87b46e3fb3 GCS: Refactor and additional debug information

In maximum verbose debug mode, information is given about the groups of Sketcher Constraints that the solver is considering for redundancy or conflict.

This is before the popularity contest selects the constraint shown in the solver messages.

The main reason for showing this is to enable to diagnose problems with sketches in which the constraint indicated as the redundant one appears not to
be the right one. Intended for power users with "iteration level" debug mode.

- safety factor is included in material params
- this is for sure not a material parameter
- but FreeCAD has no safety factor yet
- workaround: directly include them in the material parameter
- structural engineers have a lot of them in limeted state design

88d16c1495 Add support for PartDesign:Body colors 
When the tip of a PartDesign:Body is colorized, the colors are stored
on tip level. But when the shape of the whole body is changed the information
is stored on body level. To account for this we check if the tip has more
than one DiffuseColor set. When not, we use the shape color of the body.
