c78082a3fb Update the arc3points 
Updated the Arc3points tool to be able to draw a Draft object instead of a Part one. Also grouped the two tools in one single dropdown toolbar button.

af734bbbc6 NaviCube: Improve the widget style 
This resizes down the cube, adjusts transparency and
text readability. Arrows and cube corners sizes were
adjusted.
